Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sugar, 4 c. chopped rhubarb, 1/4 c. water, 2 pkg. strawberry jell-o and 3 c. mini marshmallow, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook 1/4 cup sugar, 4 cups rhubarb and 1/4 cup water until tender.
Add 2 packages strawberry Jell-O; mix well.
Add 3 cups marshmallows.
When very cool, fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Pour in baked pie shell.
Chill.
