Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. rhubarb, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten and 4 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash rhubarb.
Cut in 1/2-inch pieces.
Set aside.
Combine sugar, flour and eggs.
Add to rhubarb; mix thoroughly.
Pour into prepared 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.
Cover with top crust. Brush with mixture of 1 tablespoon milk and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
