Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 large stalks rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 pt. cream and unbaked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar and flour thoroughly.
Sprinkle 1/2 sugar/flour mix on bottom of pie shell.
Add rhubarb; sprinkle the rest of sugar/flour mix over rhubarb.
Add 1/2 pint of cream.
Bake at 400Β° for approximately 45 to 50 minutes or until crust is brown. Pie will thicken as it cools.
