Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. fresh rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3 heaping tbsp. strawberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dice rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces.
Mix sugar, flour, salt and Jell-O.
Pour over diced rhubarb; toss until pieces are thoroughly coated.
Put into 9-inch pie crust (unbaked) and bake 10 minutes at 450° and about 30 minutes at 350°.
While pie is still warm, sprinkle top crust with sugar.
