Rhubarb Jelly
Rhubarb Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large box strawberry jell-o, 5 c. rhubarb, cut fine, 5 c. sugar and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil rhubarb, sugar and crushed pineapple for 20 minutes. Take off stove and sprinkle the box of Jell-O over it and stir until dissolved.
Put in jelly jars and wax.
