Rhubarb Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, 4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces, 3 c. sugar and 1-3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix pineapple, rhubarb, and sugar. then let it set for 1 1/2 hours.
Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Stir in a 3 oz. package of strawberry jello.
Put into hot jars and seal.
