Rhubarb Jam
Rhubarb Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rhubarb, cut up, 3 c. sugar and 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry or raspberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large saucepan, stir together sugar and rhubarb.
(Do not add water.)
Cook gently until rhubarb is tender.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Stir in 1 package Jell-O.
Pour into jelly glasses and cover with paraffin.
