Rhubarb Fluff
Rhubarb Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped rhubarb, 1 small pkg. strawberry jello, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 large can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook rhubarb and sugar together until done.
Add jello and mix.
Whip evaporated milk and lemon juice and fold into cooled jello/rhubarb mixture.
Use your favorite cookie crust in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour mixture over crust and refrigerate.
Serves 12 to 15.
