Mix until crumbly the first 5 ingredients.
Press 1/2 of crumbs in greased 7 x 9-inch baking pan.
Top with rhubarb.
Then combine in saucepan the next 4 ingredients.

Pour over rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
