Rhubarb Crunch

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Press 1/2 of crumbs in 9-inch pie pan.
Cover with rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla together.
Cook until thick and clear.
Pour over rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
