Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced rhubarb, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix rhubarb with 1/2 cup sugar.
Set aside.
Add last.
Cream together the remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar, shortening, eggs and flour.
Then add the baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and sour milk. Add the rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle 10x sugar on top when done.
