Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 large box strawberry jell-o, 1 box white or yellow cake mix, 5 c. uncooked rhubarb and 1 bag miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix sugar and strawberry Jell-O together and pour in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place rhubarb on top of Jell-O mixture.
Add marshmallows on top of rhubarb.
Prepare cake mix as shown on box and pour over mixture.
Bake it all as directed on cake mix box.
