Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. chopped rhubarb, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows and 1 (3 oz.) box raspberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place chopped rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch ungreased pan.
Mix jello and sugar; sprinkle over rhubarb.
Now, put a layer of marshmallows over this.
Mix yellow cake by the directions on box.
Pour this over all ingredients in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
This is very easy and very, very good!
