Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix ingredients as listed.
Mix well after each addition.
Fold in rhubarb last.
Pour in baking dish.
Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup chopped nuts well.
Sprinkle over top of cake and cut into cake with knife.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
