Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. raw rhubarb, cut up and put in bottom of pan, 6 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the sugar and butter.
Add flour, salt and baking powder.
Alternate with milk.
Spread over rhubarb.
Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch; spread over batter.
Pour 2 cups boiling water over that and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
