Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, 1 pkg. jell-o (strawberry), 2 c. mini marshmallows and 1 white cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix white cake mix according to directions on box.
Layer the first 4 ingredients onto bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Pour cake mix over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until done. Top with Cool Whip.
