Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. thinly sliced rhubarb, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. crisco, 1 egg and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Take rhubarb and 1/2 cup sugar and let set until sugar is completely dissolved.
Beat until creamy 1 1/2 cups sugar, Crisco and egg.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fold in rhubarb mixture and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Use tester to make sure cake is done.
