Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with c. chopped rhubarb, c. sugar, box yellow cake mix, bag miniature marshmallows and (3 oz.) box raspberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place chopped rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch ungreased pan.
Mix jello and sugar; sprinkle over rhubarb.
Now, put a layer of marshmallows over this.
Mix yellow cake by the directions on box.
Pour this over all ingredients in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
