Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour and soda and salt.
Set aside.
In large bowl, cream brown sugar and margarine until fluffy.
Beat in egg.
At low speed, beat in flour mixture alternately with milk until well blended.
Stir in vanilla and rhubarb.
Turn into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip on top.
