Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. salad oil, 1 tbsp. vanilla, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat together the eggs, oil and vanilla.
Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add to egg mixture.
Stir in rhubarb and nuts.
This makes a muffin-like batter.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
