Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. fresh rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, 1 layer miniature marshmallows and 1 box yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Prepare a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place rhubarb, sugar and layer of marshmallows in bottom of pan.
Make cake mix by package instructions.
Pour over rhubarb layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
When cool, flip cake over.
