Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box strawberry jell-o, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 c. water, 1 stick butter and rhubarb, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cut rhubarb in 1-inch pieces and cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle strawberry Jell-O over rhubarb (dry).
Spread cake mix (dry) over Jell-O.
Dot butter over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip when cooled, or ice cream while warm, as you serve it.
