Rhubarb Cake
Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. rhubarb, 1 1/2 c. sugar, yellow cake mix, small pkg. cherry jell-o and 1 c. mini marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut up the rhubarb and spread in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle package of cherry Jell-O over rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar over Jell-O.
Add miniature marshmallows.
Mix yellow cake mix according to box directions and pour over mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
