Rhubarb Bread
Rhubarb Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. brown or white sugar, 2/3 c. oil, 1 egg, 1 c. sour milk and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat sugar, egg and oil together.
Add soda to sour milk and add to first mixture and mix well.
Add vanilla, flour and rhubarb.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
You may add raisins or nuts if you wish.
