Reuben'S is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. minced onion, 3 pkg. buddig corned beef, chopped, 8 oz. shredded swiss cheese, 1 c. sauerkraut, well drained and squeezed and 1 1/2 c. salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
