Reuben Roll-Ups
Reuben Roll-Ups is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) tube refrigerated pizza dough, 1 c. sauerkraut, well drained, 1 tbsp. thousand island salad dressing, 4 slices corned beef, halved and 4 slices swiss cheese, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Roll dough into a 12 x 9-inch rectangle.
Cut into eight 3 x 4 1/2-inch rectangles.
Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing.
Place a slice of beef on each rectangle.
Top with about 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut mixture and a slice of cheese.
Place with seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden.
Yield: 8 roll-ups.
