Reuben Pie
Reuben Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked shredded corned beef or 1 can corned beef, 1/2 c. rolled oats, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine beef, oats, egg, onion, dressing, salts and pepper in large bowl.
Mix well.
Press mix into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
Microwave on High 5 minutes, rotating plate once. Combine sauerkraut, caraway and cheese.
Spoon over meat evenly. Microwave on High, uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Let stand 5 minutes.
