Reuben Pie
Reuben Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. corned beef hash, 1 (8 oz.) can kraut, drained, 1 c. monterey jack cheese, 3/4 c. biscuit mix and 1/3 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In glass pie plate, layer kraut and cheese.
In separate bowl beat biscuit mix, milk, mayo, eggs and chili sauce.
Slowly pour over meat and cheese and allow to soak in.
Makes own crust.
Bake at 325Β° until puffed and brown on top.
