Reuben Meat Pie
Reuben Meat Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. plus 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced corned beef, shredded, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/2 c. well drained, chopped sauerkraut and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Prick the bottom and sides of pastry shell with a fork and bake at 425° for 7 minutes.
Sprinkle corned beef in baked pastry shell.
Add cheese and top with sauerkraut.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour over sauerkraut in baked pastry shell.
Bake in a 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes until set. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
