Reuben Dip
Reuben Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. deli style corned beef, 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, 1 c. thousand island dressing and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Chop corned beef into small pieces. Drain and chop sauerkraut into small pieces. Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing together well. Place in an ungreased casserole dish. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
Serve with assorted crackers.
