Reuben Dip

Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into bits and softened, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. drained sauerkraut, chopped, 1/2 lb. cooked lean corned beef, chopped fine and 2 tsp. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Transfer to a small ovenproof casserole and bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until bubbles form around edges.
Remove cover and bake for 5 minutes more.
Serve warm with crackers.
