Reuben Dip
Reuben Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, soften, 1/2 c. sauerkraut, chopped and drained, 1/2 c. cooked corned beef, 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine in bowl cream cheese, sour cream, sauerkraut, corned beef, onion, catsup, mustard and Swiss cheese.
Put in ovenproof dish and bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove, cover and bake 5 minutes more until golden.
Serve warm.
