Reuben Dip
Reuben Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. grated swiss cheese, 4 oz. pkg. sliced corned beef and 1/4 c. drained sauerkraut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dice sliced corned beef.
Put all ingredients in small saucepan.
Heat 5 minutes over low heat.
Add more milk for spreading consistency.
Serve warm on cocktail rye bread or rye crackers.
May be doubled.
