Reuben Dip
Reuben Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (2 1/2 oz.) packs corned beef, 6 slices american cheese, 8 slices swiss cheese, 1 medium can sauerkraut and 3/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain sauerkraut well.
Cut up cheeses and corned beef into bite size pieces.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in dish, cover and bake 10 minutes.
Stir, cover again and cook 10 more minutes.
Serve on bread.
