Reuben Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 1 1/2 c. thousand island dressing, 1 large can sauerkraut and swiss cheese to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place chicken in baking pan. Cover with sauerkraut.
Cover them with the dressing and sprinkle the cheese.
(I use the slices.)
