Reuben Casserole(Microwave) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef or fresh, broken into small pieces, 2 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/4 c. thousand island salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place sauerkraut in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole dish.
Top with corned beef, then shredded cheese.
Combine mayonnaise and dressing; spread over cheese.
Top with tomato slices; set aside. Place butter in small glass bowl.
Microwave for about 60 seconds on Medium-high or until melted.
Stir in bread crumbs.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over tomato slices.
Microwave for 12 to 16 minutes on Medium-high or until heated through (about 150Β°).
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
