Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. sauerkraut, drained (reserve liquid), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. rye bread crumbs and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place sauerkraut on the bottom, then drained noodles.
Mix mustard, soup and mayonnaise with some sauerkraut juice so as to spread over top.
Sprinkle onion, then corned beef, then cheese.
Top with bread crumbs.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, then uncover and let bake 15 minutes more to brown.
