Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 1 1/2 c. thousand island dressing, 1 lb. swiss cheese, sliced, 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced and 1 lb. lean corned beef, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Spread the drained sauerkraut on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay sliced tomatoes on top.
Spread dressing over tomatoes.
Layer corned beef and then cheese over tomatoes.
Bake at 450Β° for 1/2 hour.
Remove from the oven.
Separate each Hungry Jack biscuit into 3 pieces and cover the top of the casserole with biscuits.
Bake another 15 minutes or until biscuits brown.
