Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 12 oz. can corned beef, broken into pieces, 2 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/4 c. thousand island dressing and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place the ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole in the following order
1/2 of the crumbs, sauerkraut, beef and cheese. Top with dressing (Thousand Island and mayonnaise blended) and cover with sliced tomatoes.
Melt butter; mix with remaining crumbs and place on top.
Bake, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
