Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained, 2 (12 oz.) cans corned beef, crumbled, 4 c. swiss cheese, shredded and divided, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. thousand island dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer sauerkraut, corned beef and 2 cups Swiss cheese in 13 x 9 baking dish.
Mix mayo and dressing and pour over ingredients in dish.
Sprinkle remaining 2 cups cheese.
Mix butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
