Reuben Casserole

Place first three ingredients in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Over top mixture, sprinkle cubed rye bread and grated Swiss cheese.
Pour melted butter over bread.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes (30 minutes with foil 15 minutes without foil).
