Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. 11 oz. can sauerkraut, drained, 2 medium tomatoes, sliced, 2 tbsp. thousand island dressing, 2 tbsp. butter and 2 (4 oz.) pkg. corned beef, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread sauerkraut in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Top with tomato slices.
Dot with butter and dressing.
Cover with corned beef and sprinkle with cheese.

Cover top with biscuits, overlapping them.
