Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced, 3 to 4 tbsp. thousand island dressing, 1 can corned beef, crumbled and 2 c. shredded swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread sauerkraut in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Arrange tomato slices over sauerkraut.
Spread with Thousand Island dressing.
Top with corned beef and cheese.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes.
Separate biscuits and arrange on top of casserole.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes longer or until biscuits are brown. Serves 6 to 8.
