Reuben Casserole
Reuben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 slices rye bread, crumbed, 2 c. sauerkraut, not drained, 6 c. ground corned beef, 1/2 c. french dressing and 1/2 c. thousand island dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put half of bread crumbs in casserole.
Add in order given, sauerkraut, corned beef, French dressing, Thousand Island dressing, mustard and Swiss cheese.
Put the other half of crumbs on top of cheese.
Pour melted butter over crumbs.
Add a little more sauerkraut juice, if necessary.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 40 minutes.
