Remarkable Fudge
Remarkable Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 14 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk, 1 c. butter, 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Butter sides of a 3-quart saucepan.
Add the sugar, milk and butter.
Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (236Β°), stirring often.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips until almost melted. Stir in marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
