Relish
Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 red mangoes, 12 green mangoes, 12 yellow mangoes, 12 large onions and 3 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grind peppers and onions.
Drain peppers.
Mix sugar, salt and vinegar together.
Add mangoes and onions.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes after mixture begins to boil, then can.
I use this in my barbecue.
(I don't usually have yellow mangoes, so use 18 red and 18 green.)
