Religious Sauce
Religious Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 lb. onions, 1 lb. jalapeño peppers, 1 gal. catsup, 3 c. sugar and 3 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grind onions and peppers together.
Add 1/2 cup water, if not enough juice.
Bring to a boil.
Add catsup, sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil.
Use salt and allspice to taste.
Bring to a boil again and put into sterilized jars.
Process in hot water boiling bath for 15 to 20 minutes.
