Refrigerator Rolls
Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cake yeast, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. lukewarm water and 1 egg, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Crumble yeast; add sugar, salt and water.
Beat in egg.
Add 1/2 of the flour and beat.
Add 1/2 of the butter and the other 1/2 flour.
Let rise to double original size.
Punch down, cover and place in refrigerator.
Dough may be used as needed for rolls. Keeps about a week.
