Refrigerator Rolls
Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 2 c. warm water, 1 tbsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Dissolve yeast in warm water; add all other ingredients except flour.
Then add flour in two parts.
Knead until smooth and rubbery.
Place in a tightly covered bowl for 24 hours.
Keep in refrigerator.
Grease top of dough and take off only what you need.
Squeeze rolls and let rise 2 hours before baking.
Replace remainder of dough in refrigerator.
