Refrigerator Rolls
Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c hot water, 1 t salt, 1 1/2 lbs shortening, 1/4 c sugar and 1 cake yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine hot water, salt, shortening and sugar.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast to lukewarm water and let soften, the add to cooled mixture.
Add beaten egg, half of the flour and beat well. Stir in more flour, enough to make dough easy to handle.
Grease top of dough, cover with wax paper and a dish towel held by rubber bands.
Store in refrigerator.
